FBA EAC and Chinese partners discuss technology and innovation cooperation prospects

A working meeting took place at the EACCBA headquarters on October 27, 2025. Participating were Alexander Kotlyarsky, First Vice-President of the FBA EAC and General Director of PROMTEKH LLC, along with representatives from Chinese business and industry organizations.

Also attending the meeting were Evgeny Bazhov, Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in China; Nadezhda Khoneneva, Advisor to the FBA EAC President; and representatives from Chinese companies and associations, including the China Association for Mechatronics Technology and Application (CAMETA) and PMIND.

Alexander Kotlyarsky opened the meeting by noting the importance of direct dialogue with Chinese partners. He stressed that interaction in technology, innovation, and industrial collaboration is a top priority for the FBA EAC’s international agenda.

During the presentation session, the Chinese delegation introduced the key directions of their work and their potential for cooperation. In particular, the PMIND company demonstrated artificial intelligence-based solutions that are applied in the industry and have already been implemented at a number of large enterprises in China. CAMETA representatives spoke about the structure of the association, which brings together enterprises from the machine-building and electromechanical industries, and outlined possible areas for interaction with Eurasian partners. Meeting participants paid special attention to the synchronization of cooperation goals and the exchange of experience.

Concluding the meeting, Alexander Kotlyarsky presented the FBA EAC’s activities and invited the Chinese delegation to attend the Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum, scheduled for November 27, 2025.
