The Tula Women's Entrepreneurship Club has been recognized as a platform for economic diplomacy within FBA EAC

The "Cultural Code of Women's Entrepreneurship" forum held in Tula underscored the regional Club's role as a focal point for economic diplomacy within FBA EAC. This event, organized in conjunction with the eight-year anniversary of the organization and the implementation of the National Strategy for Women's Action, was co-hosted by the Tula Women's Entrepreneurship Club and the Union of Women's Forces.

For businesswomen in Tula, integration into FBA EAC agenda represented a natural progression in their development trajectory. Over the past eight years, the Club has cultivated partnerships with representatives from more than 20 countries, transitioning from the initiation of regional legislation to support women's entrepreneurship to the establishment of sustainable business networks with partners from Asia and Eurasia. In 2025, the Women's Entrepreneurship Club was formally admitted to the Association, marking an official acknowledgment of its accomplishments.

In August, Svetlana Kaidarova, the Club's chairwoman, convened a business meeting in Moscow with Li Shuobing, the president of FBA EAC, to discuss potential collaborations in education, medicine, tourism, and culture. In November, Kaidarova presented the region's experiences at the Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum "Building Bridges: Partnership Without Borders," emphasizing the role of women's entrepreneurship in fostering social support.

The Tula forum called "Cultural Code" continued this international focus, with a particular emphasis on regional characteristics. Participants explored how unique cultural heritage can serve as a catalyst for economic development. This topic aligned with the agenda of the upcoming large-scale forum in Shanghai, where cultural codes and traditional crafts are central to the concept of a permanent exhibition of Russian products. The exhibition aims to serve as a conduit of trust between manufacturers and Chinese consumers, for whom traditional Russian crafts such as Zhostov painting, Pavloposad shawls, and Gzhel ceramics are emblematic of quality and authenticity. Consequently, the Tula forum has positioned itself in accordance with contemporary international trends, where national identity is increasingly recognized as the cornerstone of economic dialogue.

Dmitry Milyaev, the Governor of the Tula Region, underscored the significance of this approach during his attendance at the forum. "The unique cultural and historical heritage of our region, including gingerbread, samovars, and accordions, is rightfully regarded as national symbols. Our objective is to develop modern tourism products based on these cultural elements and to support creative industries," stated Milyaev, highlighting the Club's active social initiatives and the "I am an Ambassador of Tula" project.

The Tula Region exemplifies a successful synergy: leveraging cultural codes and supporting women's entrepreneurial endeavors serves as the foundation for confident international expansion and the construction of a "trust economy" within the Eurasian Commonwealth.
