Tula Region and FBA EAC: new direction of business and personnel partnership
A strategic meeting with Tula Region delegation was held at the headquarters of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC).
The negotiations on FBA EAC side were led by Nadezhda Khoneneva, Advisor to the CEO of SLC Group.The Tula Region delegation was represented by key figures who shape the business and educational landscape of the region:
· Svetlana Kaydarova, Chairwoman of the Tula Regional Public Organization "Women’s Club” (Club of Women Entrepreneurs);
· Evgenia Zamyatina, Deputy Head of the Tula Region Export Support Center;
· Elizaveta Karpova, Director of the "Social and Technological College";
· Evgeny Karpov, Rector of the WPA International Police Academy.
The participants thoroughly discussed the mechanisms for training specialists to meet the needs of investor companies, where the educational potential might become a significant competitive advantage for the region.
“An investor’s certainty in a region is built not only on support measures but also on the availability of qualified personnel. We see a serious interest from our colleagues in Tula in creating an effective model of business education, which opens significant prospects for joint projects,” emphasized Nadezhda Khoneneva.
The meeting laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation. The agreements reached aim to implement specific initiatives that will contribute to the growth of the Tula Region's investment attractiveness and its integration into the federal economic agenda.
