Technological Partnership with India: Negotiations with JNK India at the FBA EAC Site Will Bring Together Representatives of the EEC and the Oil and Gas Sector
On March 5, 2026, Financial and Business Association for Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC) will serve as the primary venue for a strategic dialogue between Indian businesses and key stakeholders in the oil and gas and industrial sectors of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The event is organized by the Soltex Group, which has successfully facilitated business relations between Russia and India for over a decade. The principal Indian participant will be JNK India, a global leader in the production of equipment for oil refining complexes and technological engineering.
The high-level representation of the meeting underscores its significance for the advancement of industrial cooperation. Notable attendees include: Vitaly Vovk, Deputy Director of the Industrial Policy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC); Manish Kumar, Deputy Chairman of the FBA EAC Board; Alexander Kotlyarsky, Candidate of Technical Sciences and First Vice-President of FBA EAC, Chair of the FBA EAC Committee on Industry; Alexey Kazartsev, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Member of the Financial Services Group of the BRICS Business Council, Chair of the International Banking Committee of FBA EAC; Anton Vasiliev, CEO of SPARTA LLC, Member of the Expert Councils of the State Duma Committees on Economic Policy and Transport, and Member of FBA EAC.
Invited participants also include representatives from relevant ministries, departments, industry associations, and major companies in the oil and gas and industrial sectors, including the Association of Oil Refiners and Petrochemists. SLS-Rus JSC, a member of this association and founded by Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC, is a key participant. This affiliation provides additional opportunities for direct and substantive discussions between Indian technology partners and the Russian oil and gas industry.
The broad representation of participants will facilitate discussions on specific technological solutions and potential measures to support joint projects within the EAEU framework. In the context of global market transformations, Indian partners with unique expertise aim to restore direct business-to-business contacts with EAEU enterprises. The following key areas will be presented to Russian counterparts:
– Distillation, evaporation, and heat transfer processes in oil refining;
– Industrial ecology and membrane wastewater treatment technologies;
– Innovative "green" technologies, including the production of "green" hydrogen, environmentally friendly aviation fuel (SAF), "green" chemistry, and carbon capture systems.
