"Sweet Protein": FBA EAC held the first practical session of the Committee on Science and Education

On December 17th, the inaugural public event of the Committee on Science and Education was conducted at the headquarters of FBA EAC. The meeting was structured as a practical session dedicated to the analysis of the promising biotechnological project, "Sweet Protein".

Participants from both the business sector and the expert community engaged in a hands-on exploration of the Sweet Protein product, which is a geroprotective combination of amino acids and a prebiotic. Developed by a team of young scientists under the guidance of Alexander Melerzanov, the product is designed to serve as a healthy alternative to sugar for individuals with diabetes, as well as within the domains of dietary and functional nutrition.
