The International Banking Forum traditionally brings together the heads of the Bank of Russia, representatives from the executive and legislative branches of the Russian government, development institutions, major banks, insurance companies, legal firms, consulting companies, analytics firms, financial technology companies, and IT firms.

FBA EAC management will attend the International Banking Forum as honored guests. The theme of the forum is "Financial Market: Technological Sovereignty and Structural Transformation of the Economy".

The business program includes three plenary sessions dedicated to financing the structural transformation of the economy, promoting economic growth, and exploring modern digital solutions for transitioning to a new technological order.

The International Banking Forum is one of the most significant and representative events in the financial industry.

In 2023, more than 600 participants attended the IBF in both in-person and online formats. Over 90 speakers addressed the forum, including representatives from the Bank of Russia, Ministry of Finance, Federal Antimonopoly Service, and Rosreestr. Representatives from financial institutions in Belarus, Egypt, Iran, and the Association of West African Banks also attended the event.
