The organisers of the Xth Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum (MIFEF-2024) celebrated the 75th anniversary of diplomatic Russian-Chinese relations by devoting a separate thematic session to reflecting on 'trade and economic relations between Russia and China as a driver of the growth in the Greater Eurasia region'.
In total, the panel was attended by more than 15 speakers from both the Russian Federation and the PRC. Opening the session, the representative of the Forum organisers - President of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC), CEO of SLS-Rus Group Mr. Li Shuobing noted that despite all the difficulties in geopolitics and global economy, ‘China and Russia remain “engines” of the growth in the Greater Eurasia region’.
