Founder and Head of SLC-Rus Corporation
Biography
Li Shuobing was born on the 1st of July 1971 in China.
In 1996, he graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
In 1997, he defended his master’s thesis at the East-Siberian Institute of Economics and Law.
Currently, he is working on a dissertation for obtaining the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. The topic of the dissertation is “Structure, Identification and Management of Innovation Activity Risks at the Stage of Formation of the Digital Economy in Russia”.
In 2001, he founded SLC-Rus Corporation. Currently, SLC-Rus is a group of companies with various structural divisions, which provides a wide range of services, including production and supply of equipment, after-sales service, as well as training of technical specialists.
Since 1998, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Chinese-Russian Association for Economic and Cultural Cooperation in Chongqing (PRC).
Since 2019, he has been Chairman of the Chinese-Russian Association for Economic and Cultural Cooperation in Chongqing (PRC).
In addition to supporting multilateral business exchange among the entrepreneurial and technological communities, organizing international exhibitions and forums, Li Shuobing’s Corporation advocates for strengthening humanitarian cooperation in cultural, academic and medical circles of Eurasian countries.
