FBA EAC President, Li Shuobing, delivered a speech at the BRICS Congress on ties, projects, and the challenges of Eurasian cooperation
On October 29, 2025, the International Congress “Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of BRICS” took place at the 'Russian Industrialist' forum. One of the central events of the day was the discussion 'Joint International Infrastructure and Industrial Projects', moderated by ICIE Vice-President Maxim Belopotapov.
Key participants in the session were Mr. Li Shuobing, President of the FBA EAC, and leading representatives of the business communities and development institutions of the BRICS countries:

· Anderson Pomini, President of the Santos Port Authority (APS) (Brazil)
· Anil K. Agarwal, President of Cosmos Group (India)

· Sergey Mikhnevich, Director and Head of the Support for Participation in International Infrastructure Formats Division of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF
· Yu Xinyu, Founder of the “Molniya” Messenger, President of Passion Group (PRC)
Li Shuobing’s highlighted the role of the FBA EAC as a link between the business communities of the BRICS countries and the Eurasian space. The head of the association emphasized that the FBA EAC strategy is based on the concepts of the 'Greater Eurasian Partnership' and the 'One Belt, One Road' initiative, and that the organization is not only responding to the redistribution of economic activity in the eastern direction but also actively forming the infrastructure for cooperation.
The key areas of FBA EAC activity were presented as tools for deepening cooperation:
· Development of infrastructure projects and joint industrial programs within the Eurasian space;
· Expansion of cooperation with relevant financing and development institutions;
· Active participation in international formats and forums, such as the annual financial and economic forum in Shanghai, conducted by the FBA EAC in partnership with the RSPP and the ICIE.
The Shanghai forum gathers diplomats, financiers, and experts from the BRICS, SCO, and EAEU countries, which allows for the building of trusting ties and the exchange of practices amid global economic dynamics.
“The integration of efforts is the laying of a foundation for long-term, sustainable growth that will strengthen the position of each of us on the world stage,” summarized Li Shuobing. He expressed confidence that professionalism, openness, and a shared aspiration for the common good will allow us to overcome obstacles and create the infrastructure of the future.
