FBA EAC President Mr. Li Shuobing spoke at the XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Innovation and Investment Management

The XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference, "Management of Innovative and Investment Processes and Changes in Modern Conditions," took place on November 23, 2025, at St. Petersburg State University of Economics. The event united leading scholars, business leaders, and government authorities, providing a venue for a meaningful exchange of experience and discussion on key trends shaping the economy in a time of technological and environmental challenges.

The plenary session addressed current research and practical solutions in innovation and investment management, covering topics such as:

·Digital transformation and new change management methods.

·Strategies for innovative development in industrial companies.

·Implementing sustainable and green practices in Russia's regions.

·The state of engineering economics today.

·Socio-economic development and sustainability in the Russian Arctic.

The report by Mr. Li Shuobing, CEO of SLC-Rus JSC and President of the FBA EAC, attracted particular attention from the participants. The report was titled "Economic Assessment of Environmental Damage in the Region."

The presented results reflect a deep scientific analysis and the practical significance of the topic for the modern economy and state environmental policy. The report was prepared as part of a scientific study supervised by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, and Editor-in-Chief of the FBA EAC Herald, Anna Bezdudnaya, and is part of Mr. Li Shuobing's work on his candidate's thesis.

The conference demonstrated a high level of scientific discussion and the expert community's readiness to develop joint solutions aimed at sustainable development, increased investment activity, and the strengthening of international scientific and economic cooperation.
