On November 21, 2024, the X Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum "Building Bridges, Not Barriers. Business Eurasia in a New Reality" took place in Moscow.
Traditionally it was organized by the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC) with the support of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The plenary session was moderated by Mr. Alexey Gromyko, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director of the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Doctor of Economics Mr. Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Board and Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs for financial policy and development of the sectors of economy, Mr. Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC, and Doctor of Economics Mr. Alexander Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs addressed the forum participants with welcoming speeches.
The speakers of the plenary session were: Ambassador Andrey Denisov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Zhang Wei, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Russia, Minister Plenipotentiary; M. da Costa Carvalho Bernardes, Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of Brazil in Russia; Rajeev Saxena, Minister of the Government of India; Artem Nikitin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Ryazan Region; Sergey Mayorov, Chairman of the Industrial Cluster of Tatarstan; Andrey Lotsmanov, Chairman of the RUIE Committee on Technical Regulation; Mikhail Goncharov, Secretary General of the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation; Yana Epifanova, Vice-President of the Association of Banks of Russia, and others. The same day, the following panel sessions were held: "Cross-Border Payments and Settlements", "Free Economic Zones and Regional Clusters", "International Investments", "Trade and Economic Relations between Russia and China", and "BRICS on the Way to a Fair and Multipolar World Order".
