The FBA EAC Board awarded the title of Honorary Member of the Association to a number of prominent representatives of the business community
On June 24, 2025, at the meeting of the Board of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation, it was decided to award the title of “Honorary Member of FBA EAC” to four distinguished representatives of the international business and expert community for their significant contribution to the development of the Association, strengthening business ties and promoting the ideas of Eurasian cooperation.
The honorary title is awarded to:
Tudor Afanasov — Member of the FBA EAC Board, President of the Chamber for Economic and Cultural Cooperation between Romania and Russia, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in Romania. His long-term work contributes to the strengthening of international relations, development of dialogue and promotion of the values of mutual understanding and partnership.
Bakhytbek Bayseitov — Member of the Board and Board Bureau of FBA EAC, Chairman of the Business Council of the Association, President of the Association of Banks of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank CenterCredit JSC. One of the most respected financiers in Central Asia, who played a key role in the formation and development of the banking system of Kazakhstan.
Alexander Kotlyarsky — First Vice-President and Member of the Board Bureau of FBA EAC, General Director of Industrial Technologies LLC, Doctor of Technical Sciences, specialist in the field of digitalization and industrial transformation. His scientific and managerial achievements serve as a reference point for many enterprises in the Eurasian space.
Samvel Chzmachyan — Member of the Board, Member of the Board Bureau and Deputy Chairman of the Board of FBA EAC, Head of the Association’s Representative Office in Armenia. His career in the banking sector, his significant contribution to the development of financial institutions and his active educational work have been recognized not only in Armenia but also abroad.
Awarding the title of “Honorary Member of FBA EAC” is not only a sign of deep respect for the professionalism, achievements and authority of the awardees, but also recognition of their significant role in the formation and development of the Association. These people rightfully occupy a special place in the FBA EAC community — as reliable partners, strategists and carriers of the values of international dialogue, mutual trust and sustainable development.
