The International Banking Council together with the RSPP considered the issues of digitalization of finance
On the 17th of April, 2025, the XXI meeting of the International Banking Council (IBC) was held as part of the Eurasian Financial and Economic Forum in Shanghai, coorganized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The event was dedicated to the digitalization of payment services and advanced banking solutions in the sphere of fintech.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the associations of banks of Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus and other countries.
In his speech, Alexander Murychev, Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and Chairman of the International Banking Council, noted the unique role of Shanghai as an economic centre of Eurasian scale as well as strengthening of cooperation in the IBC format.
