The strategic relevance of the 2026 theme is underscored by key economic indicators: over the past five years, BRICS has accounted for 49% of annual global GDP growth (compared to 18% for the G7), while the bloc’s share of global GDP at purchasing power parity (PPP) has reached 40%. The primary objective of the Forum is to translate high-level strategic dialogue into concrete, actionable joint projects.
The business program encompasses digitalization, transport connectivity, standardization, tourism, and finance. Each of these pillars will be addressed in dedicated sessions, culminating in a comprehensive plenary meeting.
November 12–13 (Skolkovo): A foresight session titled "Digitalization 4.0" will focus on smart enterprises, intelligent manufacturing, and pilot projects in collaboration with Chinese technology providers.
November 19 (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation): A roundtable on "Transport Connectivity" will convene representatives from the Ministry of Transport, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), Russian Railways (RZD), and FESCO to discuss the EAEU's transit potential, emerging cross-border logistics routes, and infrastructure financing.
November 24 (RUIE Headquarters): The inaugural meeting of the FBA EAC Standardization Committee will take place, featuring presentations on the latest frameworks for integrating digital technologies.
November 25 (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation): A dedicated session on tourism will address projections indicating that the sector’s contribution to BRICS economies could expand from 4.8% to 8% by 2035. Key discussion points will include the creation of a unified tourism space, AI-driven services, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism, and workforce development.
November 26, 11:00 AM (Kotelnicheskaya Embankment): A financial session focusing on national currency settlements, investment protection, and intellectual property (IP) valuation will commence. Distinguished speakers will include representatives from Sberbank, Gazprombank, Novikombank, EUROFINANS, Bank CenterCredit, and other key financial institutions. Attendees will receive actionable guidelines on cross-border settlements and a strategic roadmap for IP valuation standards.
November 26, 2:00 PM (Kotelnicheskaya Embankment): The Forum will culminate in a plenary session titled "Seven Questions That Will Define the BRICS Agenda." Moderated by Alexey Gromyko (Institute of Europe, Russian Academy of Sciences), the panel will feature BRICS country ambassadors, Bakytzhan Sagintayev (Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission), Alexander Shokhin (President of RUIE), and Alexander Murychev (Vice-President of RUIE).

– The role of the EAEU in the architecture of Greater Eurasia;
