KOMMERSANT: NOVIKOM spoke about tokenized assets at the forum in Shanghai

NOVIKOM (part of holding company RT-Finance JSC, a financial services competence center of Rostec State Corporation) took part in the I Eurasian Financial and Economic Forum “Development of Business Partnership in New Realities”, which was held from April 17 to April 19, 2025, in Shanghai. The main topic of the event was the creation of a new ecosystem of cooperation between Russia, China and other Eurasian countries.  

Tokenization transforms traditional banking instruments and assets into digital tokens. Access to all products of the financial system is simplified, and instant transactions significantly expand the turnover of this market. Tokenization, in particular, has great prospects in creating efficient tools to deal with digital assets. This requires first and foremost market confidence in these instruments, which cannot be achieved without a regulatory framework and regulators’ involvement in issuances.
