Key Appointment in FBA EAC

FBA EAC announces the appointment of Nikolay Savelyev as Vice President of FBA EAC. The decision was made at the meeting of the FBA EAC Board Bureau and reflects the strategic course on strengthening the Association's management team with experienced and authoritative leaders.

Nikolay Savelyev is a statesman and public figure with many years of experience in management positions in the legislative, executive and industrial spheres. His professional career covers the key regions of the Far East as well as the federal level, including the work in the Federation Council, where he was a member of the Defense and Security Committee. 

He started his career in the border troops, after which he successively held responsible positions: from director of large enterprises to Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Amur Region. At the federal level, Nikolay Savelyev has proved himself as a balanced and competent politician capable of building effective interaction between the state, business and society. 

FBA EAC expresses confidence that Nikolay Savelyev’s deep understanding of interregional processes, managerial experience and strategic thinking will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the Association's mission – strengthening of economic ties, development of business cooperation and promotion of integration initiatives in the Eurasian space.
