Human Resources Forum: Strategies for Overcoming Staff Shortages in the Russian Economy
On the 13th of February 2025, Human Resources Forum was held in the premises of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs within the framework of the Russian Business Week.

The participants of the Forum discussed current challenges of the modern labor market, including staff shortages and strategies for overcoming them. The focus was on the issues of creating decent jobs with the help of new technologies and increasing labor productivity. Attention was also focused on the need to improve the quality of personnel and modernize the vocational education system, on the importance of increasing the flexibility of labor relations and developing social partnership to attract additional sources of labor resources.

The Russian Business Week being organized from the 11th to the 19th of February, 2025 is a key event of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. During this event the proposals related to the current areas of government and business cooperation are brought up and discussed.
