The "ISTOK" Consumer Cooperative specializes in providing legal support to businesses through the use of cooperative mechanisms. The organization offers comprehensive solutions across four key areas:
– structuring of receivables and payables — legal formalization of claims and liabilities;
– mitigation of subsidiary liability risks — through the segregation of functions, assets, and liabilities of legal entities;
– asset protection — shielding assets by removing them from the business's operational risk perimeter using lawful cooperative instruments;
– optimization of real estate ownership and transactions — alternative structures for ownership, financing, and disposal of properties without triggering a tax liability.
The cooperative operates in accordance with Federal Law No. 3085-1 "On Consumer Cooperation," the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and other regulatory frameworks. "ISTOK" provides turnkey services, ranging from the design of legal structures to the compilation of evidentiary records and litigation support.
"ISTOK" is the sixth organization to join the FBA EAC since June 2026. Other recent additions to the Association include Chelidze and Partners LLC, the Institute of Information Technology Standardization LLC (IITS LLC), the non-profit organization "National Association of International Information Security" (NAISB), the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Vocational Education "Socio-Technological College" and Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education "International Police Academy".
The admission of the "ISTOK" cooperative grants FBA EAC members access to instruments based on the cooperative model. The mechanisms offered by the organization enable the reduction of debt burdens, the minimization of subsidiary liability risks, and the preservation of assets without triggering tax liabilities—capabilities that are highly sought after by the business community in the current economic climate. Thus, the integration of "ISTOK" not only broadens the Association's pool of legal expertise but also provides FBA EAC members with additional practical tools for business protection.

FBA EAC Expands Its Legal Expertise: ISTOK Cooperative Joins the Association
The "ISTOK" Consumer Society (Cooperative) has officially joined the ranks of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation. The membership application was endorsed by Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Board, and Anna Bezdudnaya, General Director. The decision to admit the new member was unanimously approved by the Bureau of the Association's Board on July 30, 2026, during a correspondence meeting.
