FBA EAC and the Consortium of Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of SPIEF-2025
On June 19, 2025, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation and the Consortium of Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems. The document was signed by Mr. Li Shuobing, General Director of SLC Group, President of FBA EAC, and Evgeny Dudorov, Chairman of the Consortium’s Board, Candidate of Technical Sciences, winner of the Russian Government Prize in Science and Technology, Executive Director of NGO Androidnaya Tekhnika JSC.
The ceremony was also attended by Viktor Tolmachev, Director of the Consortium and Deputy Chairman of the Board.
FBA EAC, as an international platform that unites the business community of the Eurasian countries, consistently strengthens strategic partnerships with leaders of technology industries. The agreement with the Consortium opens new prospects for expanding cooperation in the field of advanced development and promotion of modern technological solutions in the Eurasian space.
The Consortium of Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems is an integration association of high-tech companies and research centers that creates an environment for developing and implementing innovative solutions in the field of robotics, artificial intelligence and related industries. Its activities are aimed at stimulating technological development, improving the level of professional training of personnel, and promoting practice-oriented initiatives, including participation in specialized federal and regional programs.
The agreement lays the foundation for systematic coordination of the parties’ efforts to implement joint initiatives in the field of high technologies, exchange competencies, develop new approaches to the development of future industries and support promising projects in the Eurasian space.
Recall that on May 21, 2025, Alexander Kotlyarsky, First Vice-President of FBA EAC, held a working meeting with representatives of the Consortium. The discussion was attended by Alexander Melerzanov, Dean of the Faculty of Biological and Medical Physics at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), as well as representatives of business and scientific circles. The parties discussed the prospects for implementing robotic solutions, training engineering personnel and support of specialized education. As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold a round table on robotics with the participation of leading experts, and the concept of the international robotics championship was developed.
Mr. Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC, noted the importance of the signed agreement for strengthening international technological partnership:
“FBA EAC aims to build sustainable communication bridges between innovative science and modern business. We see this partnership as an important step towards strengthening technological cooperation, developing application solutions and creating an environment where ideas turn into real results. Of particular importance to us is the Eurasian Financial and Economic Forum, which was held in April 2025 in Shanghai and became a platform for discussing key trends in the field of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. Since that forum we have been systematically working to develop the technological dialogue in the Eurasian space, and today’s agreement is a continuation of these efforts.”
The signing of the agreement was an important step in strengthening cooperation between the scientific, industrial and business communities in the framework of the common goal of building a technologically independent and innovation-oriented Eurasia.
