FBA EAC and BRICS Health Coalition Sign Cooperation Agreement in Healthcare
On June 30, 2026, the headquarters of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation, located on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, hosted the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Association and the International Public Non-Governmental Organization "BRICS Health Coalition."
The document was signed by Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Board of FBA EAC, and Elena Shuraeva, Chairperson of the BRICS Health Coalition.
The agreement formalizes cooperation between the parties in the field of healthcare and health preservation, as well as the joint implementation of projects and the organization of forums, meetings, and various events aimed at developing medical technologies and introducing advanced practices in prevention and diagnostics, including the application of traditional medicine techniques of the BRICS countries.
The cooperation between FBA EAC and the BRICS Health Coalition has been actively developed over the past few months. On May 22, 2026, a business meeting was held at the Association's premises in collaboration with RUIE, where the high potential of the BRICS platform for the development of advanced medical technologies and the prospects for holding the International Forum "Zdravnitsa" in Ufa in 2027 were noted. On June 10, 2026, practical steps for the implementation of joint projects were agreed upon at the FBA EAC venue.
The BRICS Health Coalition is an association of commercial and public organizations established to address tasks in the field of health preservation in the BRICS and BRICS+ countries. Its activities are aimed at forming an expert community that facilitates the implementation of projects to create a healthy, human-centric ecosystem using a preventive approach. In November 2025, the Coalition held its first reporting International Assembly at the RosBioTech-2025 forum, featuring more than 30 speakers from 12 countries worldwide.
The interaction between the parties will be structured along several areas, including educational programs and workforce training for the medical industry through the FBA EAC Committee on Education and Science, as well as financial support for projects and investment attraction through the FBA EAC International Banking Committee.
