Over its 12 years of existence, the Forum has established itself as an authoritative platform for dialogue between business, government, and the expert community. This year, its program has been fundamentally rethought: each of the seven specialized committees of the FBA EAC acts as a primary architect of the agenda—defining key topics, inviting speakers, and formulating practical questions for discussion.
This shift in format reflects the developmental logic of the Association itself: the FBA EAC is consistently strengthening its expertise and shaping a substantive agenda across a wide spectrum of areas, from industrial cooperation to humanitarian collaboration. The 2026 Forum will integrate the FBA EAC's expertise directly into the BRICS agenda. The solutions and approaches accumulated by the committees will be presented to the business community and regulators of the member states as a practical toolkit for joint action.
The role of each committee in the program is defined by its specific profile. The Committee on Industry will focus on technological sovereignty, production localization, and cooperation within the BRICS framework. The International Banking Committee will prepare an agenda related to the development of cross-border settlements, digital currencies, and alternative payment solutions. The Committee on Standardization will propose discussions on the harmonization of technical regulations and the elimination of non-tariff barriers—topics that are becoming crucial for the development of trade within the EAEU and BRICS regions. The Committee on Science and Education will focus on workforce development for the industry and the implementation of innovative solutions. The International Committee for Multilateral Cooperation with BRICS Countries will be responsible for shaping a practical cooperation agenda among the member states. The Committee on International Cooperation and Tourism will engage in discussions on the logistical and humanitarian aspects of interaction. The International Committee on Humanitarian and Social Policy, Charity, and Philanthropy will add a social dimension to the Forum's program, highlighting the themes of trust, responsibility, and human capital, without which sustainable development is impossible.
