Alexander Khrebtov has many years of experience in leadership positions in the fields of innovative development, international cooperation, and integration processes. His scientific and practical interests include the integration of innovation systems within the Union State and the EAEU, technology transfer, venture financing, human capital development, and the formation of the Eurasian Innovation System. Since 2021, he has served as the First Deputy Secretary General of the Civic Chamber of the EAEU Countries, where he heads the Committee for Scientific, Technological, Educational, and Innovative Cooperation and Integration. Since 2019, he has been the Vice President and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Technological Chamber (Moscow).
Furthermore, Alexander Viktorovich is a member of key expert bodies, including the Integration Council for Interaction with the Eurasian Economic Commission of RUIE, the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Financial, Industrial, and Investment Policy, and the Scientific Council on Economic Problems of Intellectual Property under the Department of Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). He also serves as Co-Chairman of the IPM Consortium from the Republic of Belarus, and is a member of the Eurasian Business Council, the Russian-Belarusian Business Council, and the Russian-Swiss Business Council.
The appointment of Alexander Khrebtov as Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in the Republic of Belarus will strengthen the Association's expertise in matters of Eurasian integration and technological development, and will open up new opportunities for business cooperation with Belarusian partners within the framework of the EAEU and the Union State.

Eurasian Integration Expert Appointed to Head the FBA EAC Representative Office in Belarus
On July 30, 2026, by an absentee resolution of the Board of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation, Alexey Kazartsev was relieved of his duties as Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in the Republic of Belarus at his own request. He will continue his work within the Association as Chairman of the International Banking Committee of the FBA EAC. Alexander Khrebtov has been appointed to the vacant position. He holds a Candidate of Sciences degree in Economics and is a postgraduate alumnus of the State University of Management, specializing in "Economics and Management of the National Economy."
