Announcement of the upcoming issue of the FBA EAC Herald
The forthcoming issue of the FBA EAC Herald is dedicated to the analysis and reporting on significant economic and financial events that took place in 2025. The central theme of the issue is the XI Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum "Building Bridges: Partnership without Borders", which was held on November 27, 2025, in Moscow. This forum is one of the key initiatives of FBA EAC, traditionally supported by Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The forum brought together representatives from the international expert community, government agencies, the diplomatic corps, business, and academic circles. The participants hailed from the BRICS+ countries, Asia, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
In addition to the forum, the Herald will provide detailed coverage of other leading business events that took place in Moscow and St. Petersburg in the second half of 2025.
X Moscow Financial Forum (Moscow, September 18, 2025) — the active role of the business community and public institutions in the implementation of strategic initiatives was noted. Particular attention was paid to the cooperation between business, the Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance, and Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, which was formalized through agreements on joint projects.
Russia-Africa Expo 2025 International Forum: Round table "The potential of the African mining industry: new opportunities for cooperation with Russia and China" (Moscow, October 17, 2025) — this round table was organized by FBA EAC in collaboration with the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Financial, Industrial, and Investment Policy, the Peace Foundation, the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, the Russian-African Club of Moscow State University, Patrice Lumumba RUDN University, and Capital-Info company.
XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Innovation and Investment Management (St. Petersburg, October 23, 2025) — a keynote address was delivered by Mr. Li Shuobing, the CEO of SLS-Rus JSC and President of FBA EAC, on the topic "Economic assessment of environmental damage in the region."
Russian Industrialist Forum (St. Petersburg, October 29, 2025) — one of the central sessions was the discussion on "Joint international infrastructure and industrial projects," moderated by Maxim Belopotapov, Vice President of ICIE. The session's key participants included Mr. Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC, and leading representatives from business communities and development institutions of BRICS countries.
XVI Russian-Indian Business Dialogue (Moscow, December 16, 2025) — this forum brought together leading experts to discuss current challenges and development vectors of bilateral partnership. FBA EAC was represented at the forum by Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Management Board, and Alexey Kazartsev, Head of the International Banking Committee.
The section "BRICS Today: Expert Opinions" will present five pertinent topics.
1. Innovation for Financial Sovereignty.

2. The Eurasian Context of Global Competition: Forecast of Artificial Intelligence Development by 2026.
