The Letter of Appreciation and a commemorative gift—a flag bearing the portrait of the outstanding diplomat Andrei Andreyevich Gromyko—were presented by Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Board of FBA EAC, and Nikolai Savelyev, Vice President of the Association. The presentation ceremony was also attended by Board members Boris Miroshnikov, President of the National Association of International Information Security, and Vladimir Kotenev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Germany (2004–2010), as well as Sergey Korotkov, Advisor to the President of FBA EAC.
