The forum is scheduled to take place in Shanghai from April 19 to 23, 2026. The plenary session will focus on the theme "The Great Eurasian Partnership: From Strategy to Results." Participants will include the heads of key business associations, representatives from government agencies, and financial institutions from both Russia and China. The primary objective of the session is to discuss the translation of strategic objectives into tangible projects, synchronization of national strategies, removal of infrastructure and regulatory barriers, and the development of a functional cooperation model.

The forum serves as a platform for the convergence of government institutions, business associations, financial organizations, manufacturers, and distributors. Proposals made during the forum will be incorporated into the official resolution of the commission.

The event program encompasses four thematic sessions and two roundtables. The first session will address the financial infrastructure of Eurasia, including settlement systems, payment solutions, and international leasing. The second session will focus on innovations for extreme conditions, such as Arctic projects, new materials, and unmanned systems, as well as digitalization of management. The third session will cover three interrelated topics: industrial cooperation, intellectual property protection, and counterfeit prevention. The fourth session will examine humanitarian initiatives, including cultural, educational, and scientific exchanges, as well as youth programs. Two separate roundtables will be dedicated to investment cooperation in key Eurasian projects and standardization, localization in the automotive industry, and mutual recognition of certificates.

In addition to the business program, the forum will have practical outcomes, including the establishment of a Russian Handicrafts Pavilion and a cultural exhibition in the center of Shanghai.
