Alexander Murychev spoke at the opening of the All–Russian essay contest “Ruble Day – 2025”
Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Board, Chairman of the Financial Markets Association “Council for Professional Qualifications Development” (SPKFR), spoke at the opening of the Annual All-Russian Essay Contest “Ruble Day – 2025”. The opening of the contest took place at V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University.
The competition is held as part of the professional holiday “Financier’s Day” and is aimed at improving financial literacy among young people, popularizing the national currency and strengthening the national monetary system of Russia. The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the SPKFR.
In 2025, the contest started with an updated list of thematic areas, including historical aspects of the development of the ruble, issues of the digital financial system and digital society banks, financial literacy of the new generation, as well as modern challenges of cross-border settlements.
Traditionally, the final events of the competition are held in Moscow, bringing together the winners, prize-holders, their mentors and scientific supervisors. The participants have an opportunity to attend lectures, master classes, seminars and excursions, as well as an awarding ceremony.
Opening the competition, Alexander Murychev emphasized the importance of the project for the formation of professional competencies of young people in the field of finance and expressed confidence that each of the proposed areas will find its winners.
