On February 21, 2022, the FBA EAC met with the leadership of the Merchant Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) of Kolkata, India. The event was held in a mixed format.
On the part of the Association, the General Director of the FBA EAC Oleg Berezovoy and the Executive Director of the FBA EAC Svetlana Orlova attended the meeting.
On the Indian side, the President of the MCCI Rishabh Kothari, Executive Directors S. Roy, Smarajit Mitra, and Sumit Sengupta, Executive Director of Arrow, attended the negotiations.
The participants of the negotiations exchanged information about the organizational and business opportunities of their business associations identified a number of areas of joint work, expressed confidence in the prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties decided to sign a joint memorandum and agree on a roadmap for the upcoming joint activities.
The negotiations were held in a warm business atmosphere.
