The topic was “Approaches to ecosystem regulation in Russia and the world: proposals of the business community”.
The moderator of the round table was Alexander Murychev, Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC, Vice-President of the RSPP and Chairman of the Commission on Banks and Banking Activities.
In his opening speech, he welcomed the participants of the event and expressed confidence that the discussion of the reports of the Bank of Russia “Ecosystems: an approach to regulation” and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia “The concept of general regulation of the activities of groups of companies developing digital services based on one ecosystem” will be constructive and effective.
The discussion was attended by: S. Shvetsov, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Head of the Financial Markets Service of the Bank of Russia; A. Vasiliev, Representative of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; V. Gamza, Chairman of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation on Financial Markets and Credit Organizations; B. Zlatkis, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia; R. Prokhorov, Chairman of the Board of the Association "Financial Innovations", as well as representatives of large businesses.
Summing up the discussion, the participants agreed that the topic of ecosystem regulation is urgent, requiring serious study.
