On December 6, 2023, a meeting of the National Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Professional Qualifications was held in the online format.
The meeting discussed the issues of actualization of the most in-demand new and promising professions requiring secondary vocational education.
The participants also considered the proposals of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "National Agency for Qualifications Development" to amend the Plan of realization of the main directions of development of information systems of the national qualifications system (NQS) for the period up to 2025.
The topic for discussion was the directions of interaction between the National Council and Professional Qualifications Councils with the International Digital Platform for the Development of Skills and Professions designed by the Russian Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills.
The participants discussed the results of the implementation of the plan of normative and methodical work on the development of the NQS for 2023 - 2024, considered the issue of using the tools of the NQS to expand the practice of using lean production technologies, and outlined the plan of events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the NQS.
