On February 15-16, 2018 Council for Professional Qualifications Development, Research Institute of N.Lovachevskiy in Nizhniy Novgorod and Association for the development of professional qualifications and competences in Volga Federal Region conducted a conference in Nizhniy Novgorod called “National system of professional qualifications in Volga Federal Region: rise and development. The event was supported by the Association of Russian Banks, RSPP, National agency of qualifications development and the Public Chamber of the Nizhniy Novgorod Region

More than 150 people took part in the conference including representatives of the Central Bank of Russia, Ministry of Labor of Russia, Pension Fund of Russia, NARK, executive bodies of the Russian constituents, leading trade unions, qualification assessment centers and education organizations.

The list of speakers included A.Murychev, Chairman of Coordinating Council of FBA EAC, Executive Vice-President of RSPP, Chairman of the Council of professional qualifications on financial market, D.Mashtakeeva, General Director of the Financial Markets Association "Council for Professional Qualifications Development", Member of the Board of RSPP, etc.

FBA EAC was represented by A.Bespalov, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Eurasian Center of Human Resources, I.Kaltygina, Head of the Moscow branch of UCEX and S.Arkhipova, Deputy Head of Projects and Expertise Department of FBA EAC.

The conference covered such issues as professional and public accreditation and its role in education, the Russian education system for financial specialists, additional education, professional standards, practical issues of qualification assessment.

During the conference on February 16, 2018 there was a meeting of the Council for Professional Qualifications Development where it was announced about registration of the Qualification Assessment Center under FBA EAC. A.Bespalov, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Eurasian Center of Human Resources received the Registration Certificate from A.Murychev (at the photo on the right), Chairman of the Council for Professional Qualifications Development.
