On February 21, 2023 Andrey Bespalov, Chairman of the FBA EAC Committee on HR and Qualification, took part in the meeting of the Financial Markets Association «Council for Professional Qualifications Development», which was dedicated to strengthening the staffing of the Association, as well as changes in the personnel and naming of the Association’s working bodies. The meeting highlighted the issues of international cooperation on mutual recognition of certificates in view of Russia's withdrawal from various European systems of qualifications evaluation; activities on participation in the system of retraining in newly formed areas; expansion of cooperation with the EAEC and BRICS countries in the field of personnel training.
