January 20th, 2016 the constituent meeting of the club «HR-capital”. The proposal on the need of the professional association of HR-managers, was made at the International Conference “The role of interbank cooperation in ensuring economic growth in the SCO, BRICS, EAEC” held June 30, 2015 in Moscow.Club «HR-capital” created in cooperation of the Eurasian Center of Human Resource Management (structural part of the FBA CS) and company «RQLab consulting”.

Meeting was opened by General Director FBА CS Birch Oleg.
Presentations were made by V. Kretova «KPI for HR services.” Then discussed the organization and professional activities. The club is open to trained professional community managers and representatives of the HR-management. The mission of the Club – informing the market of good practices, stimulating the search for promising solutions with the use of evidence-based methods. Participants of the meeting noted that the current state of human resources management system is outdated and does not meet the real needs of the business. At the meeting were presented the steps for creating and testing HR-solutions and technologies that ensure the competitiveness of companies in today’s conditions. At the meeting were representatives of some of the Club also attended by two representatives of the companies from Tajikistan.
