FBA EAC International Legal Committee
Committees are structural units of the FBA EAC. They are created to attract the intellectual and organizational-resource potential of members and partners of the Association to solve the most pressing problems of international business cooperation in Eurasia.
Chairman of the International Legal Committee of the FBA EAC SERGEY NIKULSHIN
The purpose of the International Legal Committee is to provide qualified legal assistance to the members of the FBA EAC.
Among the tasks solved by the Committee:
- representation and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the members of the FBA EAC, provision of advisory, methodological, legal and other assistance in order to improve the effectiveness of their activities;
- exclusion or maximum reduction of the negative consequences of the Russian and foreign legislation of the members of the FBA EAC.
To this end, the Committee will provide legal support for the activities of members of the FBA EAC, advise on various branches of law, carry out legal expertise of regulatory legal acts for compliance with applicable legal norms, their interpretation and forecasting of the results of their implementation, assist in drafting documents, contracts and foreign economic contracts, participate in negotiations and tenders, analyze information and documents, and, if necessary, represent the interests of members of the FBA EAC in courts, state and municipal bodies.
